The Fundamentals of Pulmonary Hypertension for Advanced Allied Health Professionals proceeds to teach you the basics of discussing diagnostic procedures and work-ups in pulmonary hypertension. This course provides high-quality, in-depth knowledge to assist advanced practice providers with appropriate and evidence-based diagnostic procedures in pulmonary hypertension. It offers organized learning focused on topics such as the diagnostic algorithm, the screening echocardiogram, and right heart catheterization. The course aims to enable providers to understand the details of diagnostic procedures and the interpretation of these procedures for the appropriate classification of patients with pulmonary hypertension.

Target Audience
This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of Pulmonologists and Cardiologists, as well as Primary Care Physicians, Physicians Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Pharmacists, and all other healthcare providers who are involved in the management of patients with pulmonary hypertension.
Learning Objectives
After participating in this educational activity, participants should be better able to:
- Interpret and summarize diagnostic tests for timely and accurate diagnosis and risk stratification of patients with pulmonary hypertension.
- Apply and analyze diagnostic testing for risk stratification and appropriate interdisciplinary referrals in patients with pulmonary hypertension.
